Polar Light would like to ensure a simple and convenient shopping experience. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders made on polarlight.ca within Canada. For all other locations, please email us at info@polarlight.ca for requests.
If you would like your order to be delivered to you sooner we are pleased to offer express and priority shipping for an additional cost found at the checkout page (cost is calculated based on the delivery address).
All Polar Light on-line orders are risk-free and fully insured at no cost to you. Your peace of mind and security are very important to us. Thus, every package is trackable and your signature will be required, upon delivery.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
This standard time does not apply for backorders and special orders.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may receive a full refund within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All jewellery must be returned in a new, unaltered, original condition, with the original paperwork, and certificate(s).
- Jewellery that has been resized, worn, damaged, lost or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Modifications of any kind made after your purchase from Polar Light Diamonds or a third party makes the item ineligible for a refund or exchange.
